VINTAGE
Vintage and second-hand pieces have been pre-loved so slight imperfections and reasonable wear and tear should be expected. Rest assured, all of our items are carefully hand-picked; we will not sell anything that is unwearable. Any known flaws will be noted. Vintage items will be marked as one of the 3 categories:

| Great vintage condition | Minor wear, barely visible imperfections |
| Good vintage condition | Imperfections may be visible but not distracting |
It should also be noted that vintage sizes run smaller than modern sizes. Refer to the listed measurements to determine if the item will be a good fit. See below for measurement guidelines.
SIZE MATTERS
All of our bust, waist and hip measurements are taken in inches, straight across from seam to seam, while the item is laid flat and then doubled. Knowing your own measurements will help you decide if the item will be a good fit. The guide below details how we measure our items. Refer to this to determine how to take your own bust, waist and hip measurements:
| Bust | Measured around the fullest part of your bust, just beneath your armpits |
| Waist | Measured around the smallest part of your waist, typically above the belly button |
| Hips | Measured around the fullest part of your hips |
| Shoulders | Measured from shoulder seam to shoulder seam |
| Sleeves | Measured from shoulder seam to cuff |
| Length | Measured from top of item or shoulder seam to the bottom hem |
| Inseam | Measured from crotch seam to ankle |
When taking your own measurements, use a cloth, not metal, tape measure (make sure the tape remains flat) and measure snugly, not tightly. You can also measure some of your best fitting clothes to get a sense of your best measurements.

I HAVE A sgbV GIFT CERTIFICATE. HOW DO I USE IT?
From the shopping bag page, enter your gift certificate code in the "Gift Voucher field". Click "Apply Voucher". The gift certificate total will be deducted from your order total.
WHERE CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive an email with your tracking info. You can track your shipping directly through that email.
DOES sgbV HAVE A STORE LOCATION?
Nope but we're open 24/7/365 ... online! We're based in the Washington, DC area.
