HOW TO ORDER
After viewing an item on the product detail page, you can add it to your shopping bag by selecting "Add To Bag". Once you've added all desired items to your bag, select the shopping bag icon to review your items. Here you may remove and update your items, apply discount codes, continue shopping or proceed to checkout.
After selecting checkout, you may sign in if you're a returning customer, checkout as a guest or register for a new account. Registering for an account allows you to shop faster and keep track of your orders.
Registering for a new account
Step 1 Checkout Options: After selecting "Register Account", click "Continue". You will be prompted to enter your contact information and create a password. Select "Continue."
Step 2 Billing Details: Enter billing details and then select "Continue."
Step 3 Delivery Details: Enter delivery details and then select "Continue."
Step 4 Delivery Method: The flat shipping rate will be pre-selected. Here you may add any comments about your order. Select "Continue."
Step 5 Payment Method: The payment method will be pre-selected. Here you may add any comments about your order. Select "Continue."
Step 6 Confirm Order: Once confirming your order details, select "Checkout." You will be taken to the PayPal payment page to enter your billing details and complete your order.
Checking out as a Guest
Step 1 Checkout Options: After selecting "Guest Checkout", select "Continue" and follow steps 2-6, above.
Checking out as a Returning Customer
Step 1 Checkout Options: Enter the email address and password that you used to register for a new account and follow steps 2-6, above.
PAYMENT INFO
Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover are all accepted through PayPal. A PayPal account is not needed. Payments directly through your PayPal account are also accepted.
SHIPPING & HANDLING
Domestic Orders
Shipping & handling within the United States is a flat rate of $7. Shipping & handling is free for US orders $100 and over. Yes, we're serious.
All orders are shipped within 2 days of purchase, excluding weekends and holidays. All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Please allow up to 7 days for delivery.
Returns are subject to additional shipping & handling fees.
Rush Delivery
Rush delivery is available in most cases, at your request. Restrictions may apply. Contact us for rates.
International Orders
We ship worldwide. International shipping will be charged separately. Contact us for rates.
All orders are shipped via USPS. Please allow 6-14 days for delivery. Delays in delivery are typically due to customs/import duties. Any customs rules, laws, fees or duties associated with receiving your item(s), is your responsibility. We assume no responsibility for lost, stolen or customs-delayed packages.
RETURNS
We want you to love everything you purchase from us so we provide complete item details. If you have any questions or concerns about an item, please contact us before purchasing so we may assist you.
All items may be returned for a store credit, excluding sale items. All sales are non-refundable. If you wish to return an item for a store credit, follow the instructions on the return form included in your package and return within the indicated time frame. Items that have been worn or are not in the condition in which you received are not available for return.
Shipping & handling fees for returns are your responsibility. Please be sure to use a tracking and insured shipping method. We are not responsible for any lost packages; if returned item is not received, return becomes null and void.
